Values-aware job rankings and a local-first recruiter email checker — public waitlist demo.
Fidajo is the public face of a private job-hunt pipeline. Visitors get an anonymized board: tailor interests, experience, pay, and location; prefer or avoid employer types (climate, arms, privacy, BDS, and more); and re-rank fit instantly in the browser.
Also included: paste/.eml recruiter email checks (auth signals and scam scans with message bodies kept in the browser), a saturation map of openings vs seeker pressure, and community trust reports.
Behind the demo is a Flask + vanilla JS board shared with a passworded private UI, plus a nightly pipeline that fetches postings, filters, and (locally) LLM-tailors resume/cover drafts — never auto-submitted to employers. Personal resume ranking and synced lists stay on the waitlist path.
